1. Introduction Welcome to 1799 UK Ltd’s crowdfunding campaign. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our crowdfunding platform and your donation (“Contribution”) to support our projects. By making a donation, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Donations
2.1 All funds contributed through this campaign are voluntary donations made to support 1799 UK Ltd’s project(s).
2.2 Donations do not represent an investment and do not grant you any ownership, equity, voting rights, profit participation, or other financial interest in 1799 UK Ltd or its affiliates.
2.3 You acknowledge that donations are non-refundable, except in cases where 1799 UK Ltd, at its sole discretion, determines a refund is appropriate or required by law.

3. Use of Funds
3.1 Donations will be used exclusively for the purposes described on the crowdfunding page, which may include development, operations, marketing, or other project-related expenses.
3.2 1799 UK Ltd reserves the right to reallocate funds if deemed necessary to achieve the project’s objectives.

4. Rewards
4.1 Donors may be eligible to receive rewards corresponding to their donation level, as detailed on the Rewards Page of the crowdfunding campaign (the “Rewards Page”).
4.2 The specific reward for each donation amount shall be as listed on the Rewards Page at the time of your donation.
4.3 Rewards as per the Rewards page shall be available for redemption once venue is officially open.
4.4 Rewards are subject to availability, and 1799 UK Ltd reserves the right to modify rewards if necessary.
4.5 Any estimated delivery timelines for rewards are approximate and may be subject to change due to production, supply, or logistical factors.
4.6 1799 UK Ltd shall not be liable for any delays, substitutions, or inability to deliver a specific reward due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4.7 1799 Donors accept that their donation(s) are donated at their own risk and any crowdfunding funds raised are at the person(s) own risk.

5. Donor Representations By making a donation, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country). You are making the donation from funds that legally belong to you. You are not donating for any unlawful purpose or on behalf of any third party without authorization.

6. No Financial Returns or Guarantees
6.1 You acknowledge that your donation is made without any expectation of financial return other than set out in the rewards schedule.
6.2 1799 UK Ltd does not guarantee that the project will be completed or achieve any particular results.

7. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and trademarks displayed on the crowdfunding platform are the property of 1799 UK Ltd or its licensors. Your donation does not grant you any rights to use or reproduce such materials.

8. Privacy We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By donating, you consent to our processing of your information for the purposes of managing your donation, fulfilling any applicable rewards, and communicating updates about the project.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: 1799 UK Ltd and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this crowdfunding campaign. Total liability for any claim related to your donation shall not exceed the amount you contributed.

10. Amendments 1799 UK Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the campaign page and become effective immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
